THE TEFILLAH COMPANY Effective Date: March 2026

By accessing tefillah.io (the "Website") or using any services, products, or digital tools from The Tefillah Company ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of our services.

1. Age Requirement You must be strictly 18 years of age or older to use our services, purchase digital products, or book consultations. We do not provide services to minors.

2. Clinical & Mental Health Boundary Our services, including the Name Audit™ and 1-on-1 consultations, provide spiritual architecture and systemic development. We are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. We do not provide clinical therapy, medical advice, or psychiatric intervention.

If you are experiencing a crisis, suicidal thoughts, severe trauma, or any mental health condition requiring clinical intervention, you must seek professional help from a licensed provider. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we determine your needs exceed the scope of spiritual guidance.

3. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Systems All content, algorithms, materials, and methodologies provided by The Tefillah Company are our exclusive, proprietary intellectual property. This explicitly includes, but is not limited to, the Divinetix Engine™, the Name Audit™ blueprints, the Spiritual Blockchain™ framework, and our specific Botanical Elixir Protocols.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or teaching of our materials is strictly prohibited. Creating derivative works, reverse-engineering our mathematical sequences, repackaging our methods under different names, or utilizing our frameworks in your own paid programs without explicit licensing will result in immediate legal action.

4. Limited License When you purchase a digital product (such as the Deep Audit Blueprint), we grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the content. Each purchase is licensed to one individual only. Sharing your secure download links, passwords, or PDF files is prohibited.

5. No Guarantees & Personal Responsibility Spiritual and somatic recalibration is highly personal. We make no guarantees regarding specific life outcomes, timelines, or financial/emotional results. You acknowledge that clearing "Kinetic Interference" or ancestral debt may temporarily surface difficult emotions, physical exhaustion, or psychological resistance (as outlined in your Sabotage Prediction). You take full and total responsibility for your emotional, physical, and psychological well-being before, during, and after engaging with our frameworks.

6. Strict Payment & Refund Policy

  • Digital Products (Name Audit™): Because our digital blueprints are instantly delivered, proprietary assets, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

  • 1-on-1 Consultations: All session payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for completed sessions. You may reschedule a session one (1) time at no cost, provided you give a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If you cancel entirely, no-show, or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, your payment is forfeited in full.

7. Session Recording & Privacy Private consultation sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and personal review, strictly with your explicit, prior consent. You have the right to request the deletion of your recordings at any time. We will never share or use your session content, data, or personal Root information for marketing purposes without your written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability & Release of Claims Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances is strictly limited to the total amount you paid for the specific product or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. By using our services, you fully release The Tefillah Company from all claims related to your spiritual practice, physical protocols, and use of our materials.

9. Termination of Service We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our services, website, or community spaces if you violate these Terms, exhibit threatening behavior, or attempt to steal proprietary content. In the event of termination:

  • No refunds will be issued for digital products or unused sessions.

  • Your limited license to use our materials is revoked immediately.

10. Systemic Interference Disclosure Our frameworks deal directly with clearing ancestral debt, deeply rooted survival codes, and systemic spiritual interference. You acknowledge that engaging with high-level spiritual architecture can shift your physical and emotional reality. We provide the technical blueprints, but the maintenance of your personal boundaries and spiritual sovereignty is your sole responsibility.

11. Anti-Dependency Clause Our systems are designed to transition you from "Old Code" to "New Code"—building your own Inner Altar so you can govern yourself. Our goal is your complete spiritual sovereignty, not your dependence on our services. If we determine that you are utilizing our sessions to create an unhealthy reliance on our practitioners, we reserve the right to terminate our working relationship and refer you to alternative support systems.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Wyoming.

13. Modifications We may update these terms at our discretion. Continued use of our Website or services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
